Supporting Ukraine is not only a moral and legal duty but helps block Russia’s efforts to destroy democracy worldwide. Western European countries must wake up to the urgent threat posed by Russia’s aggression, take urgent steps to protect their own borders, fight the omnipresent Russian propaganda, and dramatically increase support for Ukraine as the first line of defense against Russia’s assault upon civilization.
